The platform
The software your shop runs on. We wrote it.
CRM, booking, reviews, rank tracking and a site builder in one login. Every other agency in this niche rents you someone else’s software with their logo on it. Ours is built in-house, and it shows.

The dashboard a client shop sees every morning — bookings, reviews and rankings in one view.
Owning vs. renting
Why it matters who wrote the code
Most agencies in this niche white-label a rented platform. That’s a business choice, not a crime — but it changes what happens to you.
Rented, white-labeled software
- ✕Your data lives in a third-party vendor’s account, under the agency’s reseller license.
- ✕Bugs and feature requests go into the vendor’s queue behind thousands of other resellers.
- ✕Leave the agency and the login usually goes with them — contacts, reviews, history.
- ✕Built generic, then skinned: vehicle sizes, film brands and bay scheduling are workarounds.
The Detailers Ranking platform
- ✓Your data sits in your own account on our infrastructure — export it any day.
- ✓The people who wrote the code fix bugs and ship features — the roadmap is ours to change.
- ✓Cancel and you keep a full export: contacts, reviews, bookings, pages. No hostage-taking.
- ✓Built for this trade first: coating tiers, film brands, vehicle sizes and bay scheduling are native.
Inside the platform
Seven modules, one login
SCREENSHOT — Pipeline board: lead cards moving through New → Quoted → Booked → Done.
The pipeline view — every lead from first call to paid job.
CRM & contacts
Every lead, quote and customer in one pipeline. Nothing falls through because someone was under a car when the phone rang.
- ✓Quote tracking with vehicle, service and price on every card
- ✓Call, text and email history in one thread per customer
- ✓One-tap follow-up on quotes that went quiet
Booking & calendar
Customers book from your site; jobs land on a calendar that knows a full-body PPF wrap takes three days and a maintenance wash takes an hour.
- ✓Per-service durations, deposits and bay assignment
- ✓Automatic confirmations and day-before reminders by text
- ✓Mobile jobs get travel windows, shop jobs get bays
SCREENSHOT — Week calendar with color-coded jobs across two bays plus a mobile route, deposit badges.
A week at a two-bay shop — deposits taken, reminders queued.
SCREENSHOT — Review inbox: new Google reviews with reply box, request queue, weekly velocity chart.
Review requests fire an hour after pickup — the timing that gets taps.
Reviews & reputation
Every finished job asks for its review automatically. Velocity — not lifetime count — is what Google rewards, and this module manufactures it.
- ✓Post-job text requests with your review link
- ✓Reply to Google reviews without leaving the inbox
- ✓Velocity tracking against your top three competitors
SEO & rank tracking
Grid-based local rankings, measured from dozens of points across your service area — because position at the city center means nothing two suburbs over.
- ✓25-point grids per keyword, refreshed weekly
- ✓Every tracked keyword’s history back to day one
- ✓Calls and form fills tied to the keywords that drove them
SCREENSHOT — Rank grid over a city map, keyword list with position deltas, mostly green pins.
The rank grid — the report clients open most.
SCREENSHOT — Site builder editing a ceramic coating page: install photo, package pricing table, booking form block.
A coating page in the builder — pricing table and booking form are native blocks.
Website builder
Fast pages built for detailing: service tiers, before-and-after galleries and booking forms are first-class blocks, not plugins bolted on.
- ✓90+ mobile speed scores out of the box
- ✓Package pricing tables and gallery blocks
- ✓Service and city page templates that rank
Automations & follow-up
The unglamorous money-makers: missed-call textback, quote follow-ups and maintenance reminders that run while you work.
- ✓Missed-call textback within 30 seconds
- ✓Quote follow-up sequences at 1, 3 and 7 days
- ✓Coating maintenance and re-book reminders at 6 and 12 months
SCREENSHOT — Automation flow: missed call → instant text → reply thread → booked job, with per-step stats.
Missed call to booked job — the flow that pays for the platform.
SCREENSHOT — Monthly report: calls, form fills, booked jobs and revenue attributed to search, ads and repeat.
Where the jobs came from — search, ads or repeat — in plain rows.
Reporting
No monthly PDF theater. Log in any day and see what your spend produced — the same numbers we look at.
- ✓Booked jobs and revenue by source
- ✓Call recordings and form-fill logs
- ✓Live rank grids, not month-old snapshots
Signature feature
The rank grid: your city, pin by pin
One number can’t describe a local ranking — you can be #1 downtown and #9 by the highway. The grid measures your position from 25 points across your service area, every week, for every keyword that matters.
It’s the report clients screenshot and send to their business partners. Green pins mean the phone rings.

Built for the trade
Generic software makes detailing fit. Ours starts there.
Vehicle sizes & tiers
A coupe and a lifted truck aren’t the same quote. Pricing scales by vehicle class and package tier natively — no notes-field workarounds.
Mobile vs. shop jobs
Mobile routes get travel windows and service-area rules; shop jobs get bays. One calendar handles both without double-booking either.
Before & after galleries
Paired photos are the currency of this trade. Upload from your phone in the bay; they flow to your site and Google profile.
Seasonal demand
Spring rush, winter lull. Re-book reminders and maintenance sequences fill the slow months from customers you already have.
How you get it
Included with every service plan
The platform comes with every Detailers Ranking plan at no added per-seat cost — your whole crew gets logins. [Placeholder — client to confirm final terms: included with service plans only, sold standalone, or offered as a low-cost entry product. Copy adjusts accordingly.]
Your data
The questions owners actually ask
Where it lives
US-region cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up daily. Your account is yours — not a sub-account under our license.
Who sees it
You, your crew, and the Detailers Ranking team members on your account. Your customer list is never shared, sold, or used for another shop.
If you cancel
You get a full export — contacts, bookings, reviews, pages — in standard formats within 7 days, and we delete what we hold on request.
Platform questions
Can I use the platform without your marketing services?
[Confirm with terms above.] Today the platform ships with service plans — that’s where it produces the results on this site. If standalone access opens up, existing clients get it first.
I’m on Urable / GoHighLevel now. What moves over?
Contacts, customer history, upcoming bookings and your review link — we run the migration for you during onboarding, usually inside a week, with no gap in your calendar.
Does my crew need training?
About an hour. If your installers can run a plotter, they can run this. Most crews live in two screens: today’s jobs and the review inbox. We do a live walkthrough at onboarding and record it for new hires.
Is there a mobile app?
The platform is built mobile-first in the browser — add it to your home screen and it works like an app: today’s jobs, customer threads, photo uploads from the bay, review replies. No app-store install to manage.
What does it cost on top of my plan?
Nothing. No per-seat fees, no module tiers, no “premium automation” upsell. Texting carries carrier costs at pass-through rates, itemized on your invoice — typically $20–40 a month for a busy shop.
What happens to my website if I leave?
The content is yours — copy, photos, pages — and we export all of it. If the site runs on our builder, we keep it live through a 30-day transition while you rehost, and we’ve never held a site hostage to keep a client.
