Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Detailers Ranking website and the services you buy from us. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

“Detailers Ranking”, “we” and “us” mean the business providing marketing, website and software services to the auto detailing trade. “You” means the person or business using the site or our services.

2. Our services

We provide marketing services — including SEO, advertising, website design, Google Business Profile management and lead generation — and access to our own CRM and related software. What each service includes is described on the site and set out in detail in the proposal or agreement for your account.

3. Fees and billing

Service plans are billed monthly in advance and continue month to month after any initial term stated in your agreement. Any pass-through costs, such as text-message carrier fees, are charged at cost. Prices may change with reasonable notice; changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.

4. Cancellation

Either of us may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. You keep access to your services through the end of the period you have paid for. Work already delivered and time already spent are not refundable.

5. No guarantee of results

We follow current best practices and work hard on your results, but we do not and cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic or revenue — no one honestly can, and Google itself says so. Nothing on this site or in our communications should be read as a guarantee of rankings or income.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us the access, information and content we need to do the work, to make sure what you provide is accurate and lawful, and to use the site and services only for lawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

You own the content you provide and the final deliverables we produce for you once they are paid for. We keep ownership of our software, systems, methods and underlying tools, and grant you a licence to use them while you are a client.

8. Third-party services

Some parts of our service rely on third parties — such as Google, hosting and messaging providers. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or outages.

9. Limitation of liability

The site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Detailers Ranking’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be handled in that jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top of the page, and continuing to use the site or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
