Why prices vary

What determines your scope

Market competition

Boise and Dallas are different fights. More competitors with active SEO means more content and links to pass them.

Locations

Each location is its own Google profile, its own grid, its own review stream. Scope scales per location, not per invoice line.

Your current site

A fast site with 15 pages needs additions. A slow one-pager needs a rebuild first — that’s month one or two of the plan.

Timeline

Want the spring rush covered? Starting in November costs the same and lands in time. Starting in March means catching the fall instead.

What’s not included

Nobody else publishes this list. Here’s ours:

  • Ad spend. If we run ads, the budget goes to Google or Meta directly from your card — we never mark it up.
  • Photography. Your phone shots from the bay outperform stock anyway. Market Leader includes a shot list and plan, not a photographer.
  • Texting carrier fees. Passed through at cost, itemized — typically $20–40/month for a busy shop.
  • Guaranteed rankings. Anyone who guarantees a Google position is lying to you. We publish averages and let the case studies talk.
  • Review gating. We won’t filter unhappy customers away from Google. It violates Google’s terms and it’s how profiles get suspended.

The terms, in plain language

90 days to start

SEO shorter than a quarter is theater. After 90 days, every plan is month to month.

30 days’ notice

Cancel with one email. We finish the month, hand over exports, and keep your site live through a 30-day transition.

If results stall

If your tracked keywords haven’t moved by month four, we add content scope at our cost until they do — or we tell you to leave. Both have happened.

Pricing questions, answered straight

How long until I see results?

Map-pack movement typically starts inside 60–90 days; meaningful call volume lands months four to six. Competitive metros run longer. You watch every position weekly in your dashboard, so progress is never a matter of trust.

Why aren’t you cheaper?

A $400/month SEO plan pays for about three hours of real work — enough to send a report, not move a ranking. Our plans price the deliverables listed on them, which is why every one is itemised with counts.

I already have a website I like. Do I have to replace it?

No. If it’s fast and we can add pages, we build on it — about half our clients keep their site. If it’s holding you back, we show you the speed and conversion numbers and you decide.

Do I own the content you create?

Yes, from the day it publishes. Pages, articles, photos we’ve edited, review copy — all of it is yours, and it all comes with you in the export if you leave.

Can I pause over the slow season?

You can, but we’ll tell you it’s usually the wrong move — winter is when next spring’s rankings get built, and re-starting momentum costs more than maintaining it. If cash flow demands it, we scale you down rather than off.

Is the platform really included, or is that the upsell?

Included in every tier, whole crew, no per-seat fees. The only platform-related cost that isn’t ours to waive is texting carrier fees, passed through at cost.

What if my market is already taken?

We work with one shop per service per market, so ask first — it’s a 24-hour check. If your city is held for your service, we’ll say so and won’t take your money to fight our own client.

Are there setup fees?

No setup fee on Foundation or Growth. Market Leader carries a one-time onboarding fee when a multi-location migration is involved — quoted upfront, never a surprise on the first invoice.

★★★★★
“I was paying $1,400 a month for a lead platform plus $297 for GoHighLevel through my old agency. This costs about the same as those two combined — and it replaced both, plus my phone actually rings from Google now. It’s the only marketing bill I’ve never thought about cutting.”
